Maria Chastain started Vanguard in June, 2011 to pursue her passion of helping clients reach their financial goals. She is currently a corporate trainer at Vanguard’s Learning Center of Excellence. She really enjoys encouraging and helping crew members get on the right path to teach their full potential in their current roles and on the path to reach their career aspirations. Prior to training, Maria was a Bilingual Retirement Education specialist which gave her the opportunity to travel the United States to educate clients on retirement planning and motivate individuals on making positive changes to their employer sponsored plan. Maria is extremely passionate about helping and encouraging children to gain the necessary skills and confidence in financial literacy in order to be successful in their futures.
